A Chilean version of RuPaul’s Drag Race is on it’s way! Chilean television channel Mega has made a deal with our good friends at Passion Distribution over in London to produce a Chilean version of RuPaul’s Drag Race! The show is already in production and is set to air later this year. It sounds VERY similar to our version of the show. From RealScreen.com:
The elimination competition format features 12 drag queens battling through mini and main competitions in front of a panel of esteemed judges for the chance to win the title of Next Drag Superstar and a cash prize. Each episode culminates with the bottom two contestants challenged to a “Lip Sync for your life” contest to continue on.
