Yesterday, I posted that performance artist Marina Abramovic had said in a Spike magazine interview stating she felt “totally used” and characterized the piece as “a one-way transaction”, going off on Jay Z after working on his Picasso Baby video.
Well, now that it turns out he DID make a donation — the staffers of her institute just forgot to mention it to her. Huh? So, the Marina Abramovic Institute has issued an official apology both to Mr. Carter for the false accusation and to its leading lady for keeping her in the dark. This is really too much. She is pissed about this and goes off in an interview before even checking to see if she got a donation from the guy she’s pissed about…
