The Cannes Film Festival kicked off in the South of France last week with the standard red carpet glamour that the annual event always offers. It’s been going since just after WWII in 1946, and it has developed into a place to feature controversial films, badly behaved superstars, and, of course, lots of memorable red carpet moments.
