I’m trying to think of words to say about these images… and I’m struggling. It was JUST 20 years ago, why do they look so SO bad? The J.C. Penney part doesn’t help, never trend setters, but as you can see Rebecca Gayheart got her start here and so did Mom Jeans, apparently. Oh, geez – make up your own captions… at least it isn’t Penny’s version of grunge.
