The incredible Eric Fox (from season four of Syfy’s Face Off) gives me a creepy monster makeover today, with a sickening latex mask of his own creation. Gotta say: I was kind of freaked out. As you watch it, remember my ears are covered, my eyes are covered, and I have to breathe out of the (very small) mouth hole. It’s the first time I think I’ve ever had an actual panic attack on the set of Transformations. How DO actors do it for 11 hours a day, every day, while make movies?
No, no, no, I definitely did not like being in that mask. I kept flashing on that scene in The Mummy where Boris Karloff was being mummified alive.
Love Eric, and I love that he’s so passionate about this Transformation, but I will not be wearing that mask out any time soon.
