So, I’m headed to London today to see my old pal (and Wowlebrity) actress Kate O’Toole (below) and attend the memorial for her father, the great Peter O’Toole. This stamp was just issued in his honor and all manner of VIPs will be attending the event to celebrate this much-celebrated man, including Ireland’s President Michael D. Higgins. I have to say, I’m honored myself to be there and I’ll report some highlights here and more goings on in London as well. Oh, that phrase is such a cliché, but it seems so appropriate now; they don’t make ‘em like that anymore.
