Perennially pissed off singer Sinead O’Connor apparently just noticed Kim Kardashian’s weeks-old Rolling Stone cover. Here is what she had to say about it on Facebook:
“What is this cunt doing on the cover of Rolling Stone? Music has officially died. Who knew it would be Rolling Stone that murdered it? Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh can no longer be expected to take all the blame. Bob Dylan must be fucking horrified. #BoycottRollingStone”
Well, it makes for a funny sound bite, but Sinead, Rolling Stone was ALWAYS about pop culture, politics, the environment AND music. Say what you want about Kim, but the old-timers aren’t buying it anymore, so can you really blame them for trying to sell magazines? Btw, you can’t boycott something unless you used to buy it.
