Before wowlebrity lady reporter Damiana Garcia was working the red carpet for World of Wonder, she was one half of the gender-playful sketch comedy duo “Pretty Things”! Along with Amanda Barrett from the band The Ditty Bops, Damiana/Michael Lucid produced and co-starred in “Pretty Things” on cable access TV across the country starting in 2002, also screening in film festivals like Outfest and Slamdance, where it won the Audience Award in 2004. Later, with the rise of online video, “Pretty Things” was added to Youtube as individual stand-alone sketches. Now for the first time, the entire “Pretty Things” series in its original cable access 25-minute format will be viewable on YouTube, starting with Episode 1 of Season 2, presented here for your perusal.
