As you know (you do?) National Hairstylist Appreciation Day is celebrated today, where we honor hairstylists everywhere who make artful hair possible. I did a little search of some of my faves but there are thousands to choose from. Here, we get a little Lady Bunny, Sia & Amanda Lepore but let’s not forget the B-52’s Kate Pierson & Cindy Wilson, the gals of Hairspray, Marge Simpson and the countless models who sit for hours. This hair-raising salute is for you.
