With 5,000 attending each year, The Black Party is one of longest running and highly anticipated and biggest gay dance parties on earth. This year to promote it, a beautifully shot film, Rites, has just premiered. Last year TBP was held at the now-closed Roseland Ballroom and this year’s will be at an “undisclosed” Brooklyn warehouse, the address available only to ticket buyers one week prior to the event.
