You forget sometimes just how good you have it. Living in the city, surrounded by creative types, being able to be whoever you want to be. I often tell myself it’s a pretty great time to be alive, isn’t it? Then you meet somebody like Lyndon Glitterfck and your whole world view is shaken. Lyndon lives in Hattiesberg, Mississippi, y’all. Population: Not that fuckin’ big. Working at a restaurant IN DAY DRAG. Lips. Eyes. Hair. A flowy little ensemble. And every single day he puts up with CRAP for it. He’s called “faggot” and worse. Yet he perseveres. He carries on. He does it because he feels it’s HIS DUTY to be that person who can maybe change some hearts and minds.
