Kids got a little something (size queens) extra naughty in their stockings this year! The modeling clay company Play-Doh, known for molding impressionable children’s imaginations into real life blobs of nothing, has gone a bit too far. Apparently, a recent Christmas shipment of the Play-Doh Sweet Shoppe Cake Mountain playsets seem to have a “tool” included that’s a bit too phallic looking for parents. And the kicker is that it’s suppose to be an extruder, squirting out creamy Play-Doh for “decorating” your cakes…and the problem is??? Bake me a cake as fast as you Can!!!
Here’s what PD had to say on their FB page:
We have heard some consumer feedback about the extruder tool in the Play-Doh Cake Mountain playset and are in the process of updating all future Play-Doh products with a different tool. Should any consumer want a replacement extruder for this item, they can contact Hasbro’s Customer Service Department.
