Chelsea Clinton gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Friday; Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky. Here she is with Grandma and Grandpa and Mom and Dad. Wouldn’t it be nice if she had TWO POTUS grandparents? I know I’m politicizing a newborn when congratulations are really in order – but this baby was born into a political dynasty.
